Title: Chicken Luau

4 | Chicken breast halves without skin, diced | |
8 | oz | Pineapple chunks in juice, undrained |
1 | Red bell pepper, in strips | |
1 | Green bell pepper, in strips | |
2 | tb | Soy sauce |
1/2 | c | Rice, uncooked |
2 | tb | White wine |
1/4 | ts | Ginger |
1/4 | ts | Garlic powder |
Combine all ings. Bake, covered, at 450F till chicken and rice are tender. If it seems dry during cooking, add more juice or some chicken broth.
