Title: Easy Veggie Kugel

Yield: 12 Servings
2 | lb | Frozen vegetables, (or fresh) cooked |
3 | Eggs, or 5 egg whites | |
3 | tb | Dry onion soup mix |
3 | tb | Mayonnaise, or low-fat mayo |
Wheat germ |
Chop the veggies. Combine with rest, except wheat germ. Sprinkle a greased 9"x13" pan, and sprinkle with wheat germ. Spoon veggie mixture over. Sprinkle top with wheat germ. Bake 35-40 min. at 375F.
NOTES : Use cauliflower, broccoli, mixed veggies, or any combination.
