Title: Apple Flaps

Yield: 15 Pancakes

1 1/2cFlour
2tbSugar
1tbBaking powder
1/4tsSalt
1/8tsNutmeg
2 Eggs, beaten
3/4cMilk
2tbButter, melted
1cApplesauce

Mix first five ingredients together. Combine the eggs, milk, butter, and applesauce and stir into the flour mixture just until moistened. Cook on hot griddle as with any pancake.

Loreli's Hint: I think this would taste great with CHUNKY applesauce.
