1/2 | c | Flour;gold medal Wondra |
1/2 | c | Milk |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
2 | | Eggs |
1 | pt | Strawberries;sliced |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat butter in 10 inch skillet,or ovenproof glass
pie plate in the oven until hot and bubbly. Beat flour,milk,salt and eggs
until well blended. Pour into hot butter skillet and bake 20 to 25 minutes,
or until edge of pancake is puffed and deep golden brown. Place the
strawberries in bowl, sprinkle with sugar. Fill pancake with the
Strawberries. Immediatley cut into wedges and serve with sweetened whipping
cream if desired. Makes 6 servings.
