Title: Spicy Artichoke Dip

1 | c | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1 | c | Mayonnaise |
1 | cn | (14-oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped |
1 | cn | (4-oz.) chopped green chilies, drained |
1 | Garlic clove, minced | |
2 | tb | Green onion slices |
2 | tb | Chopped tomatoes |
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients except onions and tomatoes. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes. Serve with crackers or pita bread triangles.
Makes 2 cups.
