1/2lbElbow macaroni
12slLean bacon, cut into 1/2-in
  Pieces
5mdOnions, cut-up
1cCubed mild cheese

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain, but keep warm. Fry bacon until crispy, pouring off excess fat; drain on paper towels. Saute onions in fat or a little margarine until golden brown. Put cooked macaroni on large warmed platter. Press cubed cheese lightly on hot macaroni. Spread onions over cheese, then sprinkle bacon on top. Microwave for 2 minutes and serve immediately.
