1/2 | lb | Elbow macaroni |
12 | sl | Lean bacon, cut into 1/2-in |

5 | md | Onions, cut-up |
1 | c | Cubed mild cheese |
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain, but keep warm. Fry
bacon until crispy, pouring off excess fat; drain on paper towels. Saute
onions in fat or a little margarine until golden brown. Put cooked macaroni
on large warmed platter. Press cubed cheese lightly on hot macaroni.
Spread onions over cheese, then sprinkle bacon on top. Microwave for 2
minutes and serve immediately.
