2 | cl | Garlic, minced |
2 | c | 6 1/2oz water-packed tuna,dr |
1 | c | 29oz tomato puree or crushed |

1 | ts | Dried oregano |
1/4 | ts | Cayenne pepper |
4 | tb | Parmesan cheese |
For the pasta, bring two quarts of water to a boil (aka to Janis)in a large pot. While the water is heating, prepare the sauce. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and suate, stirring constantly, until just golden. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally, add a little water if the sauce gets too thick. While the sauce simmers, add the pasta to the boiling water and cook until tnder but still firm. Drain and serve, topped with sauce and cheese. Each of the four servins contains 8 grams of fat and 55 calories...
