1 | c | Apple, diced |
1 | c | Celery, diced |
1/2 | c | Onion, chopped |
1/2 | c | Butter or margarine |
1 | cn | Cream of chicken soup |
1 | cn | Water {soup can) |
1 1/2 | c | Chicken or ham, cooked, |
| | Diced |
2 | c | Green beans, cooked, cut |
1/4 | c | Almonds, shreded |
2 | ts | Curry powder |
Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Meanwhile in saucepan cook
apple, celery, onion and cury powder in butter a few minutes; blend in soup
and water. In a two quart casserole combine soup mixture, chicken, green
beans, and macaroni; top with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes
or until bubbling.
