6 | c | Cooked macaroni (preferred spirals, but any shape will work) |
1 | c | Broccoli, cut into tiny flowerets |
1 | c | Tomato, chopped |
1/2 | c | Chopped celery |
1/2 | c | Finely grated carrots |
1/2 | c | Cucumber, cut into quarters and finely sliced |
1/2 | c | Finely chopped red cabbage |
1/2 | c | Canned baby corn, sliced |
15 | sm | Stuffed green olives, sliced about 1/4 cup |
15 | sm | Pitted black olives, sliced about 1/4 cup |
4 | | Mild pickled salad peppers, sliced - about 1/4 cup |
1/4 | c | Vegetable oil |
1/4 | c | Wine vinegar |
1/4 | c | Water |
3/4 | oz | Pkt. Italian dresing mix |
1 | ts | Dried oregano |

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Chill several
hours, or overnight. Mix several times. Serve cold.
