1/4 | c | Butter |
1/4 | c | Chopped onion |
16 | oz | Tomatoes, pureed in blender |
1 | ts | Dried basil |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
3/4 | c | Heavy cream |
1 | lb | Cheese tortellini, cooked |
Al dente |
Cook onion in butter 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and basil; cook 5 minutes. Add salt and cream. Simmer 5 minutes more. Toss with hot cooked tortellini.
