Title: Green Spaghetti Salad

Yield: 8 Servings

1lbGreen spaghetti, broken
  Into 4-inch pieces
1/2cMixed fresh parsley and
  Chervil
1/2cTarragon vinegar
1/2cOlive oil
4 Shallots, peeled & chopped
4clGarlic, chopped
1/4lbFreshly grated Parmesan
1/2tsWhite pepper
1/4cPine nuts

Cook spaghetti according to package directions;drain. Remove tough stems from fresh herbs. Pureee herbs, vinegar, and oil together in blender or food processor. Add shallots and garlic to pureed herb mixture. Add grated cheese and pepper. Toss pasta with pureed mixture. Add pine nuts; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
