8	oz	Macaroni
2	c	Grated medium-sharp
		American cheese
2	tb	Worchestershire sauce
1/4	c	Chili sauce
3/4	c	Melted butter

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Spread macaroni on heated platter. Sprinkle with grated cheese, Worchestershire sauce, and chili sauce. Pour melted butter on top and toss with 2 forks until sauce is creamy. Serve at once. Creative Cooking Pasta
