Title: Fettuccine with Garlic Shrimp

6 | cl | Garlic,sliced |
1 | | Fresh red chile pepper, |
| | Sliced |
2 | lb | Large shrimp, shelled and |
| | Deveined |
4 | | Fresh basil leaves OR |
1 | ts | Dried basil |
| | Salt to taste |
1 | lb | Fettuccine |
Heat oil in frying pan. Add garlic, and chile; saute for 1 minute. Add
shrimp and cook over medium-high heat until shrimp turns pink, about 3
minutes. Add basil and salt. Cook pasta according to package directions;
drain. Place fettuccine in heated serving dish. Pour shrimp and oil
remaining in pan on top; toss and serve piping hot.
