Title: Spaghetti Aglio E Olio (Spag. W/garlic & Oil)

1 | lb | Spaghetti; cooked (reserve 1 cup of spaghetti water) |
1/2 | c | Olive oil |
1/4 | c | Parmesan cheese; grated |
1/4 | c | Fresh parsley; chopped |
2 | cl | Garlic; minced |
Salt | ||
Pepper |
Using small skillet or saucepan, put olive oil, garlic, parsley, and pepper. Cook over low flame until garlic is slightly brown, do not overcook. Remove from heat and pour over cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Add some spaghetti water if pasta is dry.
