1 | lb | Lasagna noodles |
1 | lb | Ricotta |
1 1/2 | c | Parmesan cheese; grated |
Salt | ||
Pepper | ||
3 | pk | Frozen chopped spinach; cooked, drained well |
1/4 | lb | Butter; melted |
Marinara sauce |
Preheat oven to 350~. Prepare lasagna accdg. to pkg. directions. Mix spinach, cheeses, butter, salt, and pepper. Place a few tbspns of marinara sauce on bottom of 9"x12" baking dish. Spread each noodle thinly with spinach filling, roll noodles and place seam edge down in pan. Top with marinara sauce and repeat with another layer. Bake in oven 40 mins. or until hot.
