1 | | Garlic clove; minced |
1 | md | Onion; chopped |
1 | cn | Red or white kidney beans (19 oz.) |
1 | cn | Tomato sauce, (8 oz.) |
1 | c | Small pasta; such as small |
| | Shells, orzo, or tubetti |
1 | ts | Chicken-flavor instant |
| | Bouillon (1 envelope) |
1 | c | Frozen green peas; thawed |
1/2 | c | Mozzarella cheese; shredded (4 oz.) |
In 2-1/2 quart casserole, cook oil, garlic and onion covered on HIGH 3 to 5
minutes or until temder. stirring halfway through cooking. Add kidney beans
with their liquid, tomato sauce, pasta, chicken flavored bouillon, and 3/4
cup water. Cook, covered, on HIGH, 14 to 18 minutes, until pasta is
tender, stirring halfway through cooking. Stir in peas; sprinkle on cheese.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
