1/4 | c | Tomato puree |
1 | pk | Instant chicken broth |
1 | oz | Chopped onion |
1/2 | c | Macaroni |
2 | oz | Frozen peas; thawed |
1/3 | c | Dry milk |
4 | oz | Tuna |
1/4 | c | Celery; diced Salt Pepper |
In a bowl, combine puree, milk, broth. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour into an individual baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Serving = 1 milk, 2 oz. protein, 2 breads.
