Title: Chicken Dijon Pasta Salad

4ozRotini; uncooked
8ozPlain low fat Yogurt
1/3cWheat germ
3tbWhite wine vinegar
1tbDijon mustard
1/8tsBlack pepper
1cChicken breast, cooked and diced
3/4cBroccoli flowerets; diced
1/2cTomato; chopped & seeded
1/3cRed onion; chopped

Cook pasta according to package directions.

In medium bowl, combine yogurt, wheat germ, vinegar, mustard and pepper; mix well. Add pasta and remaining ingredients: toss to coat. Serve immediately or chill before serving. Sprinkle with additional wheat germ before serving.
