Title: Shrimp Fettuccini

Yield: 8 Servings
2 | Onions, chopped | |
2 | Stalks celery, chopped | |
1 | Green pepper, chopped | |
3 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
3/4 | c | Butter |
2 | lb | Peeled shrimp |
2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Cayanne pepper |
1 | tb | Flour |
2 | c | Chopped Velveeta Cheese with jalapeno peppers |
1 | c | Half & Half |
8 | oz | Fettuccini, cooked |
Saute onions, celery, green pepper and garlic in butter in skillet. Add shrimp, salt and cayenne pepper. Saute until opaque. Stir in flour, cheese, and half and half. Cook until cheese is melted. Stir in fettuccini. Spoon into 9x13-inch backing dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Note by Chris Tomlinson--- Shrimp may be substituted by using Crawfish or Tasso. Or you can do a combo of Tasso & Shrimp or Tasso & Crawfish.
