Title: Tangy Blue Cheese Dip

1/2cBlue Cheese, Crumbled
1 1/2cSour Cream
1tsGarlic, Minced
2tsDried Chives, Crumbled *
1/8tsHot Sauce
2tbFresh Chives, Finely Chopped

* Use the dried chives if the fresh is not available, otherwise omit. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Blend the blue cheese and sour cream thoroughly. Add all the other ingredients, blending well. Cover and chill. Makes about 2 cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Pineapple, Apple, Pearapple, Cocktail Black Bread, Italian Or French Bread Chunks
