Title: Spaghetti with Turkey Meat Sauce

  Vegetable oil spray
1lbGround turkey
1cnTomatoes (28oz); cut up
1cSweet green pepper; chopped fine
1cOnion; finely chopped
2clGarlic; minced
1tsDried oregano; crushed
1tsPepper
1lbSpaghetti

Coat a large skillet with vegetable oil spray. Prehat over high heat. Add turkey; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Drain fat. Stir in tomatoes with their juice, green pepper, onion, garlic, oregano, and pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer covered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove cover; simmer for 15 minutes more. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain well. Serve sauce over spaghetti.
