Title: Sweet Onion Pasta

Vegetable oil spray | ||
1 | c | Vidalia onions; sliced |
1/4 | lb | Sugar snal peas; trimmed |
2 | cl | Garlic; crushed |
2 | tb | Pine nuts |
1/4 | lb | Totelle pasta |
1 | ts | Olive oil |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Bring a large pot with 3 to 4 quarts water to a boil. Spray a large skillet with vegetable oil spray. Saute onions for 5 minutes. Add sugar snap peas, garlic and pine nuts. Saute another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and spoon into large bowl. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions. Remove 1/2 c water from pasta. add olive oil and set aside. Drain pasta and add to bowl. Pour reseerved water and oil over pasta and toss well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
