2 | Celery stalks; chop fine | |
1 | lg | Carrot; chop fine |
1 | md | Onion; chop fine |
2 | tb | Sweet butter |
1 | tb | Curry powder |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | Bay leaf | |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
3 | Chicken bouillon cubes | |
2 | qt | Water |
Place all ingredients in crockpot, stir, cover, cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Garnish with chopped green pepper.
