1 1/2 | lb | Smoked Pork Shoulder Roll |
3 | c | Dried Split Peas (1.5 lb) |
3 | tb | Onion; instant, minced |
1/4 | ts | Garlic; instant, minced |
2 1/2 | qt | -Water |
2 | Bay Leaves | |
Salt |
