Title: Creamy Potato Salad

8 | RED POTATOES, (MEDIUM) | |
Unpeeled & cut 1/4" thick | ||
1/2 | c | Salad dressing, Italian |
1/2 | c | Celery, sliced |
1/3 | c | Green onions, sliced |
1/2 | c | Mayonnaise |
1/2 | c | Sour cream |
1/2 | c | Cucumber Salad Dressing |
Wash and cut potatoes. Cook in boiling water to cover 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Combine potatoes and Italian dressing. Chill. Carefully stir in celery and green onions. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and Cucumber Salad Dressing. Stir well. Pour mixture over potatoes, toss gently.
