Title: Layered Potato Salad

12 | md | Potatoes |
2 | c | Mayonnaise |
1/2 | c | Sour cream |
2 | tb | Horseradish |
1/2 | ts | Dill weed |
1 | ts | Celery salt |
2 | tb | Chopped chives |
1 | c | Chopped fresh parsley |
Cook whole potatoes in boiling water until fork tender. Remove skins and
slice crosswise in thin slices. Mix next 6 ingredients. Layer 1/3 potato
slices in serving bowl. Spread with 1/3 cup mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle
with 1/3 cup chopped parsley. Repeat layers twice. cover and refrigerate
