Water | ||
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | c | Sour cream |
2 | tb | Fresh lemon juice |
3/4 | ts | Basil |
3/4 | ts | Thyme |
4 | California plums | |
1/4 | lb | Provolne cheese coarse |
Grated |
Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Place in saucepan with water and salt. Bring to boil, and cook until tender. Drain in collander. Let cool. Combine sour cream with lemon juice and seasonings. Combine potatoes with sliced plums and cheese. Toss gently with dressing. Saeson to taste with salt and pepper and chill until ready to use.
