2tsWarm water
2 Hard cooked eggs, sliced
1/2cMayo
  Cayenne
1/4cDijon
2tbTarragon vinegar
2tsOnion, minced
2tsParsley
1tsDried tarragon
  Salt and pepper
  Lettuce leaves
