Title: Potato Salad Supreme

1 | Envelope unflavored gelatin | |
1/4 | c | Cold water |
1 | c | Mayonnaise |
2 | tb | French salad dressing |
5 | c | Potatoes, cooked and diced |
2 | c | Celery, chopped fine |
2 | c | Radish, sliced |
1/2 | c | Sweet pickles, chopped |
5 | Hard-boiled eggs, chopped | |
2 | tb | Parsley, minced |
1/2 | c | Green pepper, chopped fine |
2 | tb | Green onion, chopped fine |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
Soften gelatin in water. Dissolve completely by heating gently. Combine with mayonnaise and French dressing. Toss with remaining ingredients. Press firmly into well oiled 2 1/2 quart mold. Chill completely.
Double this recipe to fit in an angel food cake pan.
Garnish with parsley and radish roses. Recipe by: Mom
