Title: Potato Salad, Southern

Yield: 6 Servings
4 | Whole new potatoes | |
1/4 | c | Nonfat yogurt |
2 | tb | Nonfat mayonnaise |
1 | tb | Dijon mustard |
1 | c | Chopped celery |
1 | Whole red onion, chopped | |
1/4 | c | Pickle relish, drained |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Ground pepper |
2 | ts | Celery seed |
Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain.
Chill the potatoes and then dice them.
In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Add the diced potatoes and sprinkle with celery seeds. Recipe by: Miss Daisy Cooks Light
