2 | qt | Cauliflower -- pieces |
1 | c | Salt |
1 1/3 | c | Sugar |
2 | tb | Mustard seed |
1 | tb | Celery seed |
1 1/2 | ts | Red pepper flakes |
4 | c | Vinegar |
1 | Red bell pepper -- chopped |
