1 | lg | Cauliflower |
10 | lg | Cucumbers -- seeds removed |
1/2 | lb | Pickling onions -- peeled |
1 | Red bell pepper -- diced | |
1 | Green bell pepper -- diced | |
3 | tb | Mustard |
3 | tb | Flour |
1 | ts | White pepper |
1 | ts | Turmeric |
2 | c | Sugar |
1 | qt | Vinegar |

Salt cucumbers overnight. Break cauliflower into flowerettes. Slice cucumbers(not sure if cucumbers are salted before or after salting). Mix everything together and let it come toa boil. Boil hard for 5 to 10 minutes but no more. Fill hot sterilized jars
