Title: Berry-Glazed Lamb Chops

Yield: 4 Servings
1/2 | c | Berry jam or jelly |
2 1/2 | tb | Mustard, prepared, coarse |
8 | Lamb rib chops |
Combine jam and 2 1/2 tablespoons mustard in small bowl. Taste and add more mustard if desired. Place lamb chops on broiler rack. Brush lightly with glaze. Broil until browned, about 5 minutes. Turn and brush other side with glaze. Broil to desired degree of doneness. Serve immediately, passing remaining glaze separately.
Serves 4.
