Title: Pretzel Crust Dessert

2 | c | Crumbled pretzels ( 6 0z ) |
2 | tb | Sugar |
3/4 | c | Melted margerine |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
8 | oz | Cream cheese |
9 | oz | Whipped topping |
1 | 6 oz. pkg. jello | |
2 | c | Boiling water |
2 | 10 oz. pkg. frozen | |
Strawberries, thawed |
Mix the first 3 ingredients and press into an 11x15 " pan. Bake at 400 ~ for 8 minute. Beat together sugar and cream cheese. Blend in 9 oz of whipped topping. Spread this over cooled pretzel " crust. " Make jello with 2 C boiling water, cool slightly, add berries. Thisken jello and berry mixture slightly, then spoon over cheese mixture. Refrigerate until set, several hours or overnight.
