Title: Pumpkin Muffins

1/2cButter, slightly softened
3/4cFirmly packed lt brown sugar
1/4cMolasses
1 Egg, well beaten
1cPumpkin
1 3/4cFlour
1tsBaking soda
1/4tsSalt
1/4cFinely chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 18 muffin cups.

Beat butter, brown sugar and molasses until well blended. Blend in egg and pumpkin. Stir flour, soda and salt into mixture. Fold in pecans.

Half fill each cup with batter. Bake 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned and top springs back when lightly touched with fingertip.
