4cAll purpose flour
4tsBaking powder
1tsBaking soda
3/4cSugar
1/4tsSalt
1pkBig box of raisins
3tbCaraway seeds
1cMilk
1/2ptSour cream
2 Eggs

take all the dry ingredients, raisins and caraway seeds and mix together with fingers. Add milk, sour cream & eggs. Mix with spoon, batter will be sticky. Grease & dust with flour a 9" round cake pan. Even batter out in pan. With a sharp knife make an X across the center 1/2" deep. Bake at 300-325 degrees for 1 hour or until brown.
