4 | ts | Baking powder |
1 | ts | Baking soda |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1 | pk | Big box of raisins |
3 | tb | Caraway seeds |
1 | c | Milk |
1/2 | pt | Sour cream |
2 | | Eggs |
take all the dry ingredients, raisins and caraway seeds and mix together
with fingers. Add milk, sour cream & eggs. Mix with spoon, batter will be
sticky. Grease & dust with flour a 9" round cake pan. Even batter out in
pan. With a sharp knife make an X across the center 1/2" deep. Bake at
300-325 degrees for 1 hour or until brown.
