Title: Uncooked Plum Pudding

1cCooked prunes, finely chopped
1cGrapenuts or rolled graham crackers
2cBoiling water
1/2tsSalt
4tbGelatin
2tbCorn sirup
4tbFruit juice
1/2cSugar
1/2cFinely shredded citron
1cRaisins
1tbLemon juice
1/4cCold water
1/2tsAllspice
1tsCinnamon
2 Egg whites, stiffly beaten

Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water. Add all ingredients except egg whites. Mix thoroughly. Chill until partially set. Fold in egg whites. Pour into long shallow pan. Chill until firm. Cut in squares with sharp knife. Serve with whipped cream. 8 servings.
