Title: Onion Pudding

6 | Medium onions | |
2 | Eggs, beaten | |
1 | tb | Butter |
1 | c | Milk |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Black pepper |
Bread crumbs |
Boil onions until tender, drain well, mash with fork. Add butter while onions are still hot. Add milk, beaten eggs, salt and pepper and mix well. Put in greased baking dish, cover lightly with bread crumbs, dot with butter. Bake 30-40 minutes in moderate oven.
