Title: Old Fashion Bread Pudding

2 | tb | Raisins |
2 | ts | Cinnamon |
1 | tb | Vanilla |

Break up bread into small pieces into a microwave-safe glass baking dish. In a glass container beat eggs. Add the milk, the 3/4 cup sugar, raisins, 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon, vanilla and 1 apple that has been peeled and chopped. Mix well and pour over bread in glass baking dish; mix well until bread is soft and moist. Peel and chop second apples and spread on top of bread pudding. Mix remaining 1 teaspoon sugar and remaining 1 teaspoon sugar and remaining 1 teaspoon cinnamon; sprinkle over top. Cover with waxed paper or plastic wrap and cook on HIGH setting for 9 to 10 minutes or until done. Take from microwave oven and let cool a little before serving with milk, ice cream or whipped topping.
