Title: Quick Noodle Pudding

1/2 | pk | Wide egg noodles (12oz) |
1 | ct | Small curd cottage cheese (8oz) |
1/2 | c | Sour cream |
1/4 | c | Brown sugar; packed |
2 | tb | Butter |
Heat the broiler. Butter a small baking dish, Cook noodles in boiling water until tender but still firm. Drain, then return to the pot. Stie in cottage cheese, sour cream, and 1/4c brown sugar. Pour into buttered pan. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar on top and dot with butter. Place under broiler about 3 inches from the heat and broil 3-4 minutes, until top is crisp and golden brown.
