4		Eggs
1	ts	Lemon peel; grated
1/2	c	Sugar
3	tb	Lemon juice
1	ts	Salt
1/2	c	Sour cream
1 1/2	c	Ricotta cheese
8	oz	Wide noodles; cooked/drained

Combine eggs, lemon peel and lemon juice and beat until foamy. Gradually beat in sugar and salt. Beat in ricotta cheese and sour cream. Fold in the noodles. Turn into 12x7x2" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees 35 minutes. Barb Day
