1 1/4	c	Milk
1		Egg yolk
1	ts	Vanilla
1 1/2	tb	Cornstarch
10	pk	Equal

Bring 1 cup milk to a boil. Mix egg yolk and 1/4 cup milk and cornstarch. Add to hot milk. It will thicken at once with no lumps. add vanilla and cool. Cool 10 minutes and then add equal. Chill well.
