1 Egg yolk
1tsVanilla
1 1/2tbCornstarch
10pkEqual

Bring 1 cup milk to a boil. Mix egg yolk and 1/4 cup milk and cornstarch. Add to hot milk. It will thicken at once with no lumps. add vanilla and cool. Cool 10 minutes and then add equal. Chill well.
