1 1/4 | c | Milk |
1 | Egg yolk | |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1 1/2 | tb | Cornstarch |
10 | pk | Equal |
Bring 1 cup milk to a boil. Mix egg yolk and 1/4 cup milk and cornstarch. Add to hot milk. It will thicken at once with no lumps. add vanilla and cool. Cool 10 minutes and then add equal. Chill well.
