2	pk	(3 oz.) Chocolate Fudge
		Pudding Mix - NOT instant
4	tb	Butter
1/2	c	Milk
3	c	SIFTED Powdered sugar
		Chopped Nuts, optional

Place pudding mix, butter and milk in a pan. Bring to a boil and boil one minute, stirring continually.

Remove pan from heat and beat in powdered sugar until fudge begins to stiffen. Fold in nuts, if using. Pour into a buttered 8 X 8" pan and cool in refrigerator for about 3 hours.
