Title: Syrian Wheat Pudding

1 1/2 | c | Bulgar (cracked wheat) |
4 | c | Water |
1 | c | Raisins |
1/2 | ts | Caraway seeds |
1 | tb | Pistachio nuts; shelled |
1 | tb | Walmuts; shelled, chopped |
1/4 | c | Maple syrup |
Place bulgar, water, raisins, and carway seeds in a covered pot. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add nuts and syrup. Simmer 5 minutes longer. Serve warm. Cold leftovers are good too.
