Title: Lemon Noodle Pudding

Yield: 8 Servings

1lbFine egg noodles
1/2lbDark or gold raisins
1cSugar or to taste
1/2cButter softened
6 Eggs, well beaten
1ptSour cream
1ptLarge cured cottage cheese
  Grated peel of 3 lemons

Cook noodles and drain. Add raisins, sugar and butter. In mixer, beat eggs with sour cream. add cottage cheese and lemon peel and mix well. Stir in noodle mixture. Turn into a buttered 10 x 7 or 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in oven briefly until pudding falls. Serve warm or cold.
