Title: Lemon Noodle Pudding

1 | lb | Fine egg noodles |
1/2 | lb | Dark or gold raisins |
1 | c | Sugar or to taste |
1/2 | c | Butter softened |
6 | | Eggs, well beaten |
1 | pt | Sour cream |
1 | pt | Large cured cottage cheese |
| | Grated peel of 3 lemons |
Cook noodles and drain. Add raisins, sugar and butter. In mixer, beat eggs
with sour cream. add cottage cheese and lemon peel and mix well. Stir in
noodle mixture. Turn into a buttered 10 x 7 or 9 inch square pan. Bake at
350 for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in oven briefly until pudding
falls. Serve warm or cold.
