4		Eggs, well beaten
2/3	c	Sugar
1/2	ts	Salt
1	ts	Vanilla
1/2	ts	Nutmeg
3	c	Hot milk
1/2	c	Grapenuts cereal
1/2	c	Raisins

Mix together eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and nutmeg. Add hot milk, Grapenuts, and raisins. Pour into a 2-quart casserole. Set in a pan of hot water about 1 1/2 inches deep. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
