Title: Sunmaid Bread Pudding

2 | c | Bread crumbs |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
1 | c | Raisins |
1 | qt | Scaled milk |
3 | tb | Butter |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
Soak bread in milk. Cool. Add sugar, butter and beaten egg yolks, vanilla and raisins. Bake 40 minutes in slow oven. Cover with meringue of 2 stiffly beaten egg whites and 2 tablespoons sugar. Brown and serve with maple sugar.
