Title: French Apple Bread Pudding

3 | Eggs | |
1 | 14 oz can Eagle Brand sweetened milk | |
3 | md | Apples, pared, cored, finely chopped |
1 3/4 | c | Hot water |
1/4 | c | Butter |
1 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
4 | c | French bread cubes |
1/2 | c | Raisins |
Preheat oven to 350° In large bowl, beat eggs, add milk, apples, water, butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in bread and raisins, moistening completely. Turn into buttered 9 in. square baking dish. Bake 1 hour or until test shows doness. Cool. Serve warm with ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
