Title: French Apple Bread Pudding

Yield: 8 Servings

3 Eggs
1 14 oz can Eagle Brand sweetened milk
3mdApples, pared, cored, finely chopped
1 3/4cHot water
1/4cButter
1tsGround cinnamon
1tsVanilla
4cFrench bread cubes
1/2cRaisins

Preheat oven to 350° In large bowl, beat eggs, add milk, apples, water, butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in bread and raisins, moistening completely. Turn into buttered 9 in. square baking dish. Bake 1 hour or until test shows doness. Cool. Serve warm with ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
