Title: Breakfast Quiche

1 | 9" pie shell; unbaked | |
1/2 | lb | Sausage; cooked and drained |
2 | c | Cheddar cheese; shredded (8-oz.) |
2 | c | Potatoes; raw, shredded, rinsed in cold water and patted dry |
5 | Eggs; well beaten | |

Pepper |
Spread sausage evenly in bottom of prepared pie shell. Sprinkle cheese, then potatoes, over sausage. Pour eggs over all. Bake at 425~ for 5 mins., reduce heat to 375~ and bake 45-60 mins., until lightly browned and well set.
