Title: Mr. Green's Quiche Lorrainne Verte

1/4 | lb | Bacon, cut up |
6 | oz | Swiss cheese, grated |
4 | | Eggs |
1 | tb | Flour |
3/4 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
1/8 | ts | Nutmeg |
1 | pt | Half & half |
1 | tb | Butter |
4 | | Green onions, inc. tops* |
| | Pimientos as garnish |
1 | | Unbaked piecrust |
* chop green onions (inc. tops)
Fry bacon until cooked, but not TOO crisp. Place in bottom of unbaked
pie crust.
Place swiss cheese strips in a crisscross pattern on top of bacon.
Combine rest of ingredients (except pimientos) in blender, until foamy.
Pour mixture into piecrust.
Top w/pimentoes. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
